This high mile route over four jam-packed days delivers everything you could wish for in a tour; high miles, amazing roads, ever-changing landscapes and character accommodation. Your experience begins amongst the rolling hills of Warwickshire in the hometown of William Shakespeare; Stratford Upon Avon. Our guide will lead you through sleepy olde England into Wales through the beautiful Brecon Beacons to the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast National Park to our first overnight stop in the traditional seaside port of Fishguard. This is a day of riding through every kind of landscape you could imagine; rugged-coastals, twisty-mountain, open country. A fabulous start to “The Mid-west 1000”.

Today is all about the coast of Wales, you will spend the day riding along the west coast of Cardigan Bay. Where you will witness the true splendour of Harlech and Caernarfon Castles, experience the seaside towns of Aberystwyth, Barmouth and Porthmadog, along with the quiet chic of Aberdovey. Continuing in the shadow of the tallest mountain in Wales, Mount Snowdon, our route takes the north coast of Wales towards Conway, finally heading inland to Oswestry and your hotel for the evening.

From Wales to England over Offa’s Dyke and through the ever changing panormas of Wales and England. Sprinting through Shropshire and Staffordshire lanes into the Peak District, today is crammed full of wonderful sights and twisty roads leading to historic York and tonight's destination, Harrogate.

The final day of “The Mid-West 1000” is a magical day riding through three of England's National Parks; the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and the Peak District. As it snakes its way across England the final day of this tour takes in splendid roads, quaint market towns, and inspirational landscapes, all of which will leave you with memories to last a lifetime.
